Flavours of the West, Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th July
The programme over the weekend will include tastings and sampling as well as demonstrations by well known chefs such as Hywel Jones of Lucknam Park and Masterchef winner, James Nathan of The Priory, all of them champions of good quality local produce and techniques for making the most of our local flavours.
